Publishing - First published in 1785. The Times has been published by Times Newspapers since 1981 a subsidiary of News UK, wholly owned by News Corp, Rupert Murdoch’s company.

The Times had an average daily circulation of 446,164 in December 2016.

 Political Allegiance

The Times follow a center-right political alignment.
Do not openly support Labour or conservative, and have shown support to both parties throughout history. (In 2001 supported Tony Blair’s Labour, and in 2010 supported David Cameron’s Conservatives)
